This demure and very attractive black velvet maxi dress by St. Andre, a London designer of the period. This lovely gown is embellished with a silver, gold and black lame lined bodice and sheer short puffed sleeves with a soft black velvet body, trimmed with a black satin long bow. The dress has a long back zip and is in beautiful condition.
